Return POLICY

Due to the fragile nature of most our products, Renovation Square encourages a considered purchase. Returns for refund are permitted within 14 days of receiving your order. All return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and Renovation Square cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service. 

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

 Please email <info@renosq.com.au> with the following information:

  • Proof of Purchase OR Original Order Reference Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Reason for return 

Our customer care team will then be in touch to approve the return.

Please ensure the following when returning your item: 

  • Item is packed in original packaging and well protected. Renovation Square does not accept responsibility for damages incurred in return transit. 
  • Item is in original condition. 
  • Your original order number.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed once the item arrives in to our office. The original shipping cost of the item will be deducted from your refund. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team to submit a damaged goods claim within 24 hours of receiving. Photo evidence of the shipping box and damaged goods are required to receive a Return Authorisation. 

Claims are handled on a case by case bases and insufficient evidence may result in your claim being rejected. 

 

HOW TO PROCESS A DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM

Customers must contact Renovation Square by email within 24 hours. Please email <info@renosq.com.au> with the following information:

  • Proof of Purchase OR Original Order Reference Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Items damaged 
  • Include images of the damaged box and damaged item.

Once approved, please send via Express Post or Registered Post and directed to:

Please note, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods. The shipping cost will be charged prior to the dispatch of your exchange. 

Renovation Square reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy. Renovation Square cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. In turn, we recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.  

Where a credit is elected, we will communicate via email to confirm once this has been processed.
